Freedom of speach
One concern: in a country in which the freedom of the press has been taken, what happends when you give this freedom back ? Isn’t there the danger that after a long period of silence, the formerly oppressed press will abuse its regained rights to speak freely ? What regulates the so called media power in a democratic society ?
